How to Become a Christian

Realize that you are a sinner
     "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."  Romans 3:23
     "There is none righteous, no not one."   Romans 3:10

Repent of your sins
     "Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out."   Acts 3:19

Receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
     "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.  For whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."   Romans 10:9, 13

How to Become a Member of Southern Hills Baptist Church

By Profession of Faith and Baptism
     Receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and come for baptism as a testimony of your faith in Him.

By Letter
     You are a member of another Baptist church and wish to join our church. We will contact that church where you are a member and request your letter.

By Statement
     Come on your testimony that you have been saved and baptized in a Baptist church.

If you have questions about becoming a Christian or joining our church, please call or e-mail the church and our pastor will visit with you.

If you are ready to join Southern Hills Baptist Church, please come forward during the singing at the end of one of the worship services on Sunday .
